Well there is no rule that the DM cannot bend (or sometimes break), so I will often provide an "out" in almost any correction. I have found it is never wise to anger a DM (although I am not sure taco gets angry ) for they are like dragons and you know what they say about them.

as of Episode 4 you have about 5 more encounters (roughly) before level 4, so you may not hit that by the end of Episode 5. I guess it depends on how motivated you are.
